~Vinyasa Flow Yoga~

A flowing series of asanas (postures) that combines cardiovascular, upper body strength and flexibility. Yoga asanas done in carefully balanced sequences in connection with the breath.

~Hot Yoga~

Vinyasa Yoga done in a heated environment (usually about 105-110 degrees) to allow for maximum detoxification and greater flexibility.

~Integral Yoga~

As taught by Swami Satchidananda, "a flexible combination of specific methods to develop every aspect of the individual: physical, intellectual and spiritual. It is a scientific system which integrates the various branches of Yoga in order to bring about a complete and harmonious development of the individual."

~Gentle/Restorative Yoga~

Sometimes referred to as "active relaxation," restorative yoga focuses on relaxing the body in restful postures, using props. With props it is easier for the body to get into certain poses, and thus, surrender to the pose. Restorative poses offer benefits to both the body and mind, for conditions ranging from insomnia to asthma to chronic pain to migraines to depression and are suitable for all levels.

~Thai Yoga Bodywork~

A unique and powerful massage therapy combining acupressure, gentle stretching and applied yoga. Thai Yoga therapy is based on the idea that there are energy channels running through the body. When these channels become blocked, the energy becomes inactive and the body loses its balance causing discomfort or illness to a person. Please email for rates.
